The business model

ICG Software currently has two offices in Lleida. The factory is an industrial space of 1.000 m2 where the administrative, R+D, programming, support, marketing, design and logistics departments are located.

The administrative and logistics management of the company is carried out from these facilities in the factory as well as the distribution of the point of sale terminals and the software to all over the world. Controlling the whole process from the central office assures a highly competitive product in the market.

In the R+D department, day by day the latest technologies are evaluated in order to continue with the leadership in the vertical solutions for the most assorted sectors in the market taking into account the needs and requirements of each sector.

The programming department analyzes and implements the best solutions to satisfy the needs of the end user. Always under strict ISO 9001:2000 quality rules.

The support department, formed by highly qualified technicians, is constantly serving the dealers as well as the end users with a maintenance contract.

Our installations have also training rooms for dealers and end users besides an auditorium to do presentations, displays, and projections. This infrastructure facilitates the certification work of the engineers in the vertical ICG Solutions so they can make highly satisfactory installations.

The general management and the national and international commercial departments are located in the ICG Headquarters, a beautiful building surrounded by gardens, to offer to clients and dealers a relaxed and comfortable environment in a completely natural setting.

Per country ICG defined different distribution and collaboration profiles based on product knowledge and dedication.

On one side, the ICG Master Provider accreditation defines a tight relation between ICG and its distribution channel by offering together the best IT solutions with the maximum professional level.

On the other side, ICG has a technical services certification program (ICG Official SAT), the next step in proximity and commitment to the end users. This new way of working between the company and its collaborators will continue to grow to offer a wider range of services and solutions. At this moment the company grants the certification to collaborating companies so they are allowed, after fulfilling the technical requirements, to make reparations to the ICG terminals and hardware.

ICG HAS A WIDE RANGE OF HARDWARE PRODUCTS SUCH AS THE TOUCHPC2, THE TPOS2 OR THE TOUCHSCREEN

With this new service, ICG offers its partners a direct and fast technical assistance capacity and the possibility to be more competitive in the market. The SAT certification implies a higher grade of education.

Besides the offices in Spain, the ICG group also counts on 8 international concessions (Colombia, Greece, Panama, Portugal, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Venezuela and Mexico) with which it transports the company’s business model to those countries. Concessions are the extension of ICG, replicating the company structure with exception of the R+D department.
