Target areas

ICG Software develops solutions for very different business areas:

1. HOSPITALITY. Vertical solutions for restaurants, fast-foods, nightclubs, cafeterias and hotels. Build up of point of sale software on touch terminals, hand terminals to capture the orders at the tables and back-office software to centralize the sales and control a chain of own shops and franchises.

Hotels

There is an ICG solution for hotels, hostel establishments and B&Bs, with reservation management over internet, quotas for operators and travel agencies and a real-time connection with all areas of the hotel: reception, telephone switchboard, restaurant, kitchen, storage room, housekeeping and management. This application incorporates reservations of function rooms and the management and planning of business events and family banquets.

This ICG Solutions also integrates the spa activities (such as controlling the contracted services, the relax activities, schedules of the users, anticipated reservations, etc.) and the Golf course activities (manage entrance, renting golf buggies and material, course maintenance, etc.).

Restaurants

The ICG solutions are completely configurable and can be adapted to any type of restaurant thanks to its graphical and visual interface, especially designed for touch terminals. The use of TeleComanda hand terminals to take the orders at the tables and the kitchen printers makes the sales process easier and faster and increases the tables’ rotation and service to the client.

The collection with credit cards can also be done via the TeleComanda so the client does not lose sight of his/her card.
Nightclubs

All the areas of the nightclub can be managed by the ICG solutions: the ticket sale at the entrance, the cloakroom, the bars and the warehouse.

With the loyalty card system it is possible to define special price conditions, offers, happy hour, accumulate points, gifts, etc. which can be shared by several outlets of a chain.

Fast-Foods

The fast-food outlets need an agile and conductive sales system in order to serve more customers in a minimum time. The installation of kitchen screens instead of printers facilitates the work of the staff and reduces preparation times of the orders. With the Delivery module, the outlet receives the customers’ orders by telephone or through the Internet can be assigned to the delivery staff.

2. RETAIL. Vertical solutions for fashion, shoe shops, perfume shops, supermarkets, etc. The solution is made of specialized point of sale software and back-office software for chains and franchises.

Fashion The management of items with sizes and colours, and by seasons, has been perfectly solved with the ICG solutions. Thanks to a powerful statistic module, the user knows the sales and profit of a season by departments and collections, basic information to make purchase quotations for the new season.

Shoe shops

ICG facilitates the distribution of items and of sizes between the different shoe shops of a chain, and also rebalances the stock amongst the different warehouses once the season has started. With the ICG Solution, any user of a shop can consult the stock of a particular size and colour of an item in the other shops and reserve it.

Perfume shops

Because they a have a large items catalogue, it is necessary to optimize the stock in each of the shops to avoid immobilized resources. The ICG solution recalculates the necessary stock levels in function of the sales and the season to better program purchases and item replacement in the shops.

Supermarkets

The ICG solutions satisfy all the needs of supermarkets and hypermarkets: fast sale at the point of sale, integrated payment with credit cards, link with scales, shelve labelling, purchase templates agreed with the suppliers, integration with purchase centrals, etc., but the most important is the reliability of the system, as under no circumstance a superstores may be down.

Specialized shops

The ICG solutions can be adapted to the customers’ needs, thanks to the huge configuration possibilities or through the definition of free fields: management and monitoring items by serial number in phone shops, computer shops or white goods shops and tracing items in alimentary companies are only some examples of the possibilities.

Chains and Franchises

The communications system developed by ICG has been specially designed for the real-time connection of all the outlets from a chain with the central. Thanks to its open design, it can be adapted to any type of business: own shops, franchises, triangulation with third parties, stocks in deposit, etc…

The system has a centralized management system, which though a web service manages the whole chain of stores all over the world, allowing for stock optimization, supply chain management and other administrative processes.

The solution contemplates customer loyalty programs: loyalty cards, points, offers, gifts, promotions and is adaptable to any business type such as restaurants, hotels, shops, shopping malls, theme parks...

The ICG solution for chains and franchises is global, as the applications have been translated into more than 10 languages and fulfils the fiscal and other requirements of more than 30 countries.

3. INDUSTRY AND DISTRIBUTION. Integral management including purchases, sales, warehouse logistics, finances, accounting, statistics and OLAP cubes. It can be contemplated with applications for the warehouses and inventory management as well as the autosale-presale management based on hard terminals with WiFi or GPRS communication.

Distribution

Besides the ERP solution that can be adapted to any type of business, ICG develops vertical applications for hand terminals. The ICG Autosale ICG solution incorporates all the needs of a distribution company with sellers on the road: travelling salsemen with stock control in the truck, presales management, services to suppliers in superstores, etc. The generated documents are daily uploaded to the central or can be remotely send though GPRS. ICG also has applications for the warehouse control with hand terminals.

Integral business
management

ICG offers companies a complete solution covering all the departments: from the creation and revision of the quotations to automated invoicing; from orders reception by internet to shipping off orders, putting special emphasis on the financial and accounting management and on the information processing through powerful report generators and graphical cubes.

4. PLANNING. A complete customizable platform for planning, monitoring and scheduling of all the business activities.

CRM

A solution to register phone calls, visits and agreements. The CRM can be used to plan and schedule the sales team, to manage the technical services and register incidents through a Call Centre. Furthermore it can be used to create and track marketing campaigns, implement quality norms, manage projects and control real estate.

Service companies

A management system from ICG to register any business activity, improving the internal communication of the employees, eliminating wasted time, reducing costs and increase customer satisfaction.

This enterprise business planner allows the creation of multiple reports, OPLAP cubes for the visual graphs about the company, planning and service assignment to the employees. Furthermore, with this solution you can manage commercial documents (orders, delivery notes, quotations, invoices...) and generate the corresponding procedures (adapting stock levels, financial management, accounting...) completely controlled by documental traceability.

5. MOBILITY. This area takes profit of the improvements in telecommunications and the new technologies to schedule from anywhere by accessing remote information, generating a bigger action- and response capacity to answer the immediate customer attention needs. In this sense, ICG has taken the steps to implement mobility in its solutions and takes profit of the current condition in which the mobile phone, PDA hand terminals and Blackberry have become imperative for the everyday life.

With the new ICG mobility solutions the workers can solve any incident by simply connection from any place they are. This way they can consult the planning of the employees and the company, accessing the enterprise contact database or even consult sales, financial and administrative statistics, amongst other possibilities.

6. ICG INTELLIGENCE. In a constant effort to offer additional value to our customers, ICG has developed a Business Intelligence application, which transforms the centralized data from the different points of sale of a chain into visual knowledge to help at making decisions and plan new enterprise strategies.

Thanks to semaphores and alerts, ICGIntelligence shows a sales overview with multiple dimensions and indicators, bringing analysis criteria and decision rules based on the knowledge acquired in the more than 20 years that we’ve been working to satisfy our customers.
